My appointment was for 7 a.m. However the service department opens early to accommodate the customers. This cuts down the wait time. I very much appreciate the excellent customer service at Glenn Toyota.

I talked to the parts department manager for a while and Glenn has a great guy there. His name is Danny and has been with for Toyota for a good while. Every time I go in for a part he knows just what I need.

One of the sales associates (Dana) very nicely asked if he could drop us off at a local restaurant and then gave us the telephone numbers of the shuttle to bring us back, but when we called for it the bus was cross town so Dana once again came and picked us up. I believe this was above and beyond good service.

I was very satisfied with my first experience at your dealership. The store is clean, the staff cordial and I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I decided to defer the work they suggested I needed and there was no pressure to do otherwise. We are dedicated Toyota customers (since 1972) and will put your store at the top of our list when we need to replace our Avalon.
